Dyno Tuning

We offer dyno tuning on a variety of platforms. Our dyno is a state of the art AWD Mainline ProHub 4600. This dyno represents the gold standard for accurate, repeatable, safe testing and outperforms any chassis/roller dyno.

Main Features
  • Four independent power absorption modules w/ Frenesla retarders

  • Front axle: 1600 HP

  • Rear axle: 3000 HP

  • AWD: 4600 HP

  • Tacho probe or inductive clamp for RPM pickup

  • External 7bar MAP sensors (x2) for logging and/or pressure drop testing

  • External NTK lambda (wideband) sensor for high fidelity logging of gas, ethanol, or methanol

  • Haltech CAN bus data link pulls all data channels into each dyno run automatically

  • 3 phase 80A engine cooling fan, directly controlled by dyno

  • Direct connection to hub/axle eliminates tire spin, strapping issues, and ensures the highest quality data for calibration

  • Ability to steady-state test engine at any RPM or load point

  • Ability to perform traditional dyno pulls (ramp tests)

  • Ability to perform simulated drag racing passes

  • Ability to generate torque converter slip percentage (converter efficiency)

  • Ability to map driveshaft speed curves for perfect ideal traction control mapping

  • Ability to plot suspension shock travel data and observe 4 link behavior

  • Weather station baro, temperature, and humidity automatically incorporated

Custom Wire Harness Design & Construction

We specialize in the full end-to-end process of custom wire harness design, CAD drafting, construction, testing, and installation. Harnesses can be constructed with various materials to suit the operating and budgetary requirements of most projects. 

Standalone EMS/PDM Design, Configuration, and Tuning

Standalone engine management systems and power distribution management are part of our core competency. We do not require customers to use specific systems, we can work with most any of them within reason. We can help you transition into a new EMS, or convert an older vehicle with traditional power distribution to solid state, eliminating things like fuses and relays.

Additive Manufacturing & Rapid Prototyping

We utilize the latest technology in 3D & CAD to design and print parts for rapid prototyping or direct use with a variety of materials such as PLA, PETG, ABS, and carbon fiber reinforced filaments. These prototypes can then be manufactured using traditional methods with a guaranteed fit ensuring maximum performance.

PCB & Breakout Circuit Design/Production

We design printed circuit boards for a variety of applications. Typical uses involve the adaptation of automotive OEM through-mount PCB headers into breakout boards with the inclusion of custom circuits to facilitate easier installation with motorsports electronics. Similarly, PCBs can be designed in order to expand functionality of existing components or allow cross-manufacturer products to be integrated more smoothly. The finished boards can be incorporated into a custom enclosure or mounting solution that we can also design and manufacture in-house.
